shh... this is the quiet room, and the shelves are full of links! the coolest corners of the web i could find, sorted into shelves. pick a shelf, search, or let fate decide.
most of these were found through the links pages of cinni, petrapixel, Lazer-Bunny, Hill House, Kalechips, NomnomNami and 32-Bit Cafe. link-sharing is how the small web stays alive!
want a little corner of the web too? you should! here's everything i'd hand a friend who's starting out, roughly in order.
?z= in the address bar (an idea borrowed from Melonking) makes each one linkable. the lists, like this library, live in small .js files so updating is just editing a list. right-click → view source is very welcome!
